Job Description

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service vehicle to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership Organize and prepare for the day's appointments Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Qualifications:
