Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services such as tire rotations, along with oil changes and basic vehicle inspections. Your mechanical expertise will ensure vehicles are running smoothly and safely, providing a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Perform tire services including rotations Conduct oil changes using appropriate lubricants and filters, adhering to manufacturer specifications. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings effectively. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks accurately. Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced, ensuring transparency and quality control. Support automotive diagnostics by identifying mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment when necessary. Skills prior automotive repair background is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Proven mechanic experience with a focus on vehicle maintenance, tire service, oil changes Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and general automotive service procedures. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures. Knowledge of sales techniques to recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate.
