Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Alignment Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments and related suspension diagnostics to ensure optimal vehicle handling, safety, and performance. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers by maintaining their vehicles' alignment and mechanical systems with accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about automotive repair, diagnostics, and delivering top-notch customer service. Duties Conduct comprehensive wheel alignments on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including cars, trucks, and heavy equipment Diagnose suspension and steering system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge Perform repairs on automotive suspension systems, shocks & struts, and steering components to restore proper alignment Utilize power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to complete mechanical repairs efficiently Inspect vehicles for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration needs and perform necessary adjustments or calibrations Execute routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and general vehicle inspections Read and interpret schematics for complex mechanical systems including transmissions, powertrain components, and electrical systems Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a focus on alignments and suspension systems Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Join our team to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
