Candidates should have hands-on experience using tools, either professionally or through personal projects. Backgrounds in handyman work, construction, automotive repair, marine repair, or home maintenance are a strong fit. Experience with carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing are especially helpful. Skills and knowledge are important. Having the capacity and willingness to learn are critical.What We're Looking For:

- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Job responsibilities:
- Preparing new units to be delivered to customers o Inspect RVs for water intrusion and structural issues o Testing appliances and electronic systems
- Ensuring trailers are safe and helping customers learn how to utilize and operate their RVs safely
- Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions
- Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with administrators and customers regarding necessary repairs
