The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and automotive repair, with the ability to effectively communicate and align customer needs with our services. This role is essential for driving services and ensuring customer satisfaction within our mecanic services environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize service writing skills to document customer requests accurately. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless communication regarding repairs and services. Conduct auto estimating for repairs, including shocks and struts, ensuring transparency in pricing. Transmit information between customers and the service department efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions. Stay informed about automotive repair trends, particularly in air brake systems, to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive dealership setting. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology, especially regarding shocks struts and air brakes. Strong communication skills with the ability to align customer expectations with available services. Experience in service writing is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Have experience in managing systems or similar to ALLDATA provides vehicle manufacturers' diagnostic and repair information. Have experience in managing systems or similar to Mitchell 1 : Automotive repair sofware & repair chop solutions.
