- Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking a career-driven oil change technician to join our customer-focused team.
As an automotive technician, you will provide reliable and high-quality preventative maintenance services while delivering exceptional customer experience. - Primary Responsibilities
- + Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
+ Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained. + Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests. + Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology. + Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. + Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace. + Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the safety of team members and customers. +
