Frostline Finish is a fast-growing mobile detailing company serving North and Central New Jersey. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to sharpen their skills, earn competitive pay, and grow with an expanding company. This is not a basic car wash position. You'll perform professional interior and exterior detailing services on everything from daily drivers to luxury and exotic vehicles. This position is especially well suited for someone who is early in their professional detailing career, enjoys hands-on work, and wants an opportunity to develop advanced skills and take on greater responsibility over time. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, performance, and skill level Flexible scheduling Opportunities for additional hours and responsibility Hands-on experience with premium, luxury, and exotic vehicles Training and advancement into higher-level detailing services Opportunity to grow into a lead technician or mobile unit position Responsibilities Interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, and steam cleaning Exterior detailing, including hand washing, wheel cleaning, clay bar treatments, and paint-protection application Traveling to client locations throughout North and Central New Jersey Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional mobile setup Providing high-level customer service at every appointment Assisting with premium detailing services as needed Completing final quality-control inspections before each vehicle is returned Requirements Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required Relevant hands-on experience in automotive, cleaning, or similar physical work will also be considered Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on physical work High attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional Coachable and willing to follow company procedures Comfortable working outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company Friday and Saturday availability is strongly preferred Preferred Skills The following experience is valuable but not required: Ceramic coating application Paint correction or machine polishing Window tinting Working with luxury or exotic vehicles We're building a team of professionals who care about quality, consistency, and growth.
