Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Quick Lube Express Service Writer to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service while driving sales and maintaining workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Write up service orders accurately and efficiently. Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle manufacturer guidelines. Clearly explain services, pricing, and timelines. Coordinate workflow with technicians to ensure timely completion. Upsell additional services when appropriate. Handle payments and close repair orders. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area. Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction. Qualifications Previous automotive or quick lube experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
