BMW & MINI
Automotive Technicians to join our service team. This is an opportunity to work with industry-leading engineering, advanced diagnostic systems, and a dealership committed to excellence in customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair procedures Complete work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Accurately document repair orders and vehicle findings Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians Stay current on BMW and MINI technical training and certifications Ensure a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience preferred BMW, MINI, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computerized vehicle systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance incentives Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities Modern facility with advanced diagnostic equipment Health, dental, and vision benefits (Master Techs $39.00 for all) Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Career growth opportunities within a premier dealership group Why Join Us?
