What will you do? Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning to specification Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards Complete full automotive troubleshooting and testing Propose creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions to problems and process improvements Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a clear, non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs Ensure vehicles are repaired accurately and kept clean; road test vehicles to ensure quality repair the first time Maintain a clean and organized shop environment What skills do you bring to the role?
