This is an opportunity for an established advisor who knows how to run a service lane, build customer trust, and turn strong performance into strong earnings. You'll work in a modern facility with updated systems, an experienced leadership team, and the support needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our advisors follow an "At Your Service" approach, taking ownership of the customer's visit from write-up through vehicle delivery. What You'll Do Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process Listen carefully to customer concerns and prepare accurate, detailed repair orders Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and service management Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally Provide consistent updates and set realistic expectations regarding timing and cost Follow up on declined services and help build long-term customer relationships Maintain strong CSI performance while meeting sales and productivity goals Ensure every customer receives an efficient, professional, and transparent service experience What We're Looking For 3+ years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred Ford or other high-volume dealership experience is a plus Proven ability to recommend and sell needed maintenance and repairs Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-service skills Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced service environment Professional appearance and dependable work habits Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Familiarity with dealership management and manufacturer systems is preferred Why Join United Ford?
