Job Description

Lube Tech / Auto Mechanic Position Available. Job requires Oil changes, brakes, tire service & rotations, safety inspections checklist, mechanical repairs, etc. Must have Great Attitude, minimum 3 year's experience in field , valid driver's license, and strong desire to learn and advance to a long term career. Summary As a Lube Technician & Mechanic, you will be a vital team member responsible for performing automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, oil changes, tire services, and utilizing hand and power tools efficiently. Your premium skills in automotive experience and automotive repair will be essential in providing top-notch service to customers. With relevant skills in customer service and heavy lifting, you will ensure a seamless experience for clients. A valid driver's license is required for this role. Join our team and showcase your mechanical knowledge and expertise in a dynamic automotive service environment. Responsibilities Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services. Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems. Install batteries and check electrical systems. Perform tire maintenance. Install parts. Road test vehicles. Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1 - A8 within first year of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed) Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles. Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes Basic inspections Repairing tires Reading, writing, and math skills. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment. A.S.E certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.
