Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Fred Beans Ford in Washington, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on a variety of Ford vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs. Identify and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring all work meets industry and manufacturer standards. Keep accurate records of all service work performed. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain services performed and any additional repairs needed. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician or Mechanic, with a focus on Ford or similar vehicle brands (preferred). Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures. Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Why Join Fred Beans Automotive?
