This l position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about vehicle maintenance and repair to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Level A Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing essential repairs and services on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with an extremely high level of knowledge and follow through whom can delegate and manage two other mechanics. Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, and brake repairs with precision and efficiency Assist in diagnosing automotive electrical systems, mechanical issues, and engine performance problems using schematics and diagnostic tools Perform repairs on automotive suspension systems, shocks & struts, and steering components to ensure optimal vehicle handling Repair and maintain powertrain components including transmissions, diesel engines, and drivetrain systems Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostics to complete repairs accurately Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and ensure proper repair procedures Support the team in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the shop environment Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry or dealership environment is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including diesel engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical system Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for accurate diagnostics and repairs Experience with heavy equipment mechanics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members Valid mechanic certification or relevant training in automotive repair is desirable but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in automotive service.
