Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your enthusiasm and mechanical skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. In this role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including tire installation, rotation, balancing, and oil changes, ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Duties Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and care Conduct oil changes and fluid replacements for various vehicle makes and models using standard hand tools and power tools Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements, brake inspections, and minor mechanical repairs Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions Support alignment procedures to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and answering customer questions confidently Skills Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to perform tire service tasks efficiently and accurately Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines including oil changes and basic repairs Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Experience with automotive alignment processes is a plus Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly in a busy environment Sales aptitude for recommending additional services or products when appropriate This role is perfect for individuals passionate about automotive repair who thrive in energetic settings.
