We are specifically seeking certified CDJR, Dodge, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar technicians with strong dealership experience and advanced diagnostic abilities. Compensation & Benefits $35-$50 per hour depending on experience and certifications High-volume shop with steady workflow and strong earning potential Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Company-paid life insurance Employee-focused, team-oriented culture Career advancement opportunities within Towbin Auto Group Automotive Technician Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Stellantis vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Alfa Romeo models Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, and transmission concerns Perform engine and transmission R&R work to manufacturer standards Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and follow OEM repair procedures Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed Technician Qualifications Stellantis certifications

REQUIRED

Master-level Stellantis certifications preferred CDJR / Mopar certifications strongly preferred Alfa Romeo certification or Alfa Romeo dealership experience strongly preferred Automotive dealership technician experience

REQUIRED

Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience

REQUIRED

Engine and transmission repair experience

REQUIRED
