This role involves performing precise wheel alignments, suspension repairs, brake services, and diagnostics to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with automotive electrical systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct wheel alignments using advanced alignment equipment to manufacturer specifications. Diagnose and repair front-end suspension components, including shocks, struts, ball joints, and control arms. Service and repair vehicle brakes, including rotors, calipers, pads, and hydraulic systems. Utilize schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and component inspections. Repair or replace automotive electrical systems and components as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics for complex repairs. Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to customers. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of automotive powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration is a plus. Proficiency in using diagnostic scanners, schematics, and alignment equipment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other shop machinery safely. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training is preferred. ASE Certified is a plus.
