What You'll Work On:
You'll handle a variety of maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work including: Engine and drivability diagnosis Electrical diagnosis and repair Steering and suspension Brakes Heating and air conditioning Engine and mechanical repairs Factory-scheduled maintenance Multi-point inspections General automotive repair Our goal is simple: give good technicians the work, support, and pay plan they need to produce.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Dealership experience is preferred, but not required Ford experience or Ford certifications are preferred, not required Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment Strong work ethic and attention to repair quality Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ford Tech?
