Job Description

Seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to plan, prepare and execute repairs on various types of equipment, tools and vehicles. Total compensation shall be determined by relevant experience The ideal candidate shall be able to perform minor to major repairs on the following: OTR Super Dumps (WesternStar & Peterbilt) Medium Duty Crew-Serviced Trucks Tracked and Wheeled Excavators Tracked and Wheeled Loaders Motor Graders Rollers, Brooms, and other various support equipment Air, Electric and Small Engine Powered Crew Serviced Tools Duties shall include but not be limited to Routine fluid, filter, and wear-part replacement Diagnosis of issues, use of manuals and schematics Effective utilization of tools and equipment, including operation of equipment being repaired in the course of testing and inspection for replication of issue Collaboration and coordination with management Maintenance of records of repairs and maintenance Coordination with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers regarding warranties, returns, and replacements / substitutions Welding, fusing, soldering, painting and coating as necessary Position must possess at least an OSHA 10 and valid Nevada Class C Drivers License.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
