We're looking for a skilled, dependable technician to join our team. Knowing more about other European makes and models is a plus! As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including transmissions, powertrains, suspension components, brakes, shocks & struts, and air brake systems. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Repair and replace engines and heavy equipment components with precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability after service. Qualifications Proven dealership experience working with VW or Audi vehicles is highly preferred. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, transmission repair, and powertrain systems. Knowledge of ADAS technology, vehicle alignment procedures, suspension systems repair, and auto body repair is advantageous. Experience working with diesel mechanics, heavy equipment mechanics, or auto estimating is a plus. Proficiency in using schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems and mechanical components. Familiarity with oil change procedures, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, welding techniques, and automotive electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
