Join Our Team - Experienced Automotive Service Advisor A well-established, locally owned, family-operated domestic automotive dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, communicates exceptionally well, and brings a positive, energetic attitude to work every day. If you're passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience while working alongside a professional team, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process. Provide accurate estimates and obtain repair authorizations. Ensure repairs are completed on time and customer expectations are exceeded. Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a franchised dealership environment (required). Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor. Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred.
