In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication skills will help bridge the gap between customers and our skilled technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your automotive repair knowledge, sales ability, and client communication skills to drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts, air brake systems, alignments, and collision repairs. Prepare accurate estimates using automotive estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency with customers. Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work. Handle cash transactions professionally and maintain accurate records of all service orders and payments. Communicate clearly with clients regarding vehicle status updates, repair progress, and completion times to ensure a positive customer experience. Skills Mechanical knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair processes such as oil changes, brake repair, transmission work, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts, air brakes, and alignments. Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
