Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route customers to the appropriate department or team member
- Schedule service appointments accurately using the dealership computer system
- Perform cashier duties, including processing payments for service and parts, balancing transactions, and completing daily deposit reconciliation
- Prepare and manage service paperwork, including loaner vehicle agreements, and assist customers with loaner vehicle check-in and return
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service to every customer interaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Ability to handle periods of high phone call volume
