Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and route customers to the appropriate department or team member
• Schedule service appointments accurately using the dealership computer system
• Perform cashier duties, including processing payments for service and parts, balancing transactions, and completing daily deposit reconciliation
• Prepare and manage service paperwork, including loaner vehicle agreements, and assist customers with loaner vehicle check-in and return
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service to every customer interaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
• Ability to handle periods of high phone call volume
