Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and auto body repairs to ensure vehicles meet safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques to execute repairs efficiently. Work with diesel engines and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to troubleshoot complex problems in both light vehicles and heavy equipment. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to guide repairs on automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems repair. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership settings preferred. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems repair, transmission repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair, auto estimating, GM vehicles (or similar brands), and auto body repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, suspension system repair—including shocks & struts—and tire service techniques. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Strong understanding of schematics for troubleshooting complex vehicle issues. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and safety standards. $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
