Advancement Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work. Greet customers and perform initial vehicle inspections. Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and potential alternatives to costly repairs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience as a Service Consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility is required. Experience with CDK is a plus. Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry is advantageous. A good understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
