Service Advisor | $70K+ Starting Pay | Weekly Pay Metric Motors | Holmes, NY About Metric Motors Metric Motors is a busy, family-owned independent repair shop that has been serving the Holmes community since 1979. We operate a high-volume facility with: 10 bays / 10 lifts Alignment rack Approximately 250 vehicles per week Domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicle repair Strong team culture with long-term growth opportunities Fast-paced, customer-focused environment without the corporate nonsense We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor who thrives on helping customers, managing a busy workflow, and earning great money. Starting pay around $70,000+ Base pay + commission after training Weekly pay Medical & vision insurance 401(k) Up to 6 paid holidays Paid vacation after 1 year Paid uniform service Established family-owned shop High-volume operation with strong car count How to Apply (Important) We move fast — and so should you.
