Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing the front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, office management experience, and a passion for delivering support that keeps our service department running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their check-in process efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate appointment calendars using scheduling software and Google Workspace tools Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating customer records with precision Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive experience Support office management duties including organizing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to process invoices, perform bookkeeping tasks, and support administrative functions Skills Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within an automotive or service environment Strong proficiency with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry systems Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day Personal assistant or administrative support experience is beneficial for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive service experiences.
