Automotive Service Writer /Parts

B&W Towing is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with service requests Create and manage work orders accurately Communicate repair and service information to customers Coordinate with mechanics and towing staff regarding vehicle status Schedule appointments and maintain service records Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Process invoices, payments, and documentation Maintain a clean and organized front office area Submit work orders to fleet companies : Holman, Auto Intergrate ect Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and office software knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organizational and problem-solving skills Automotive or towing industry experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company Apply Today To apply, please contact B&W Towing or submit your resume and work history for consideration.
