Mobile Service

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer homes or workplaces in a fully equipped service van to perform routine maintenance, light repairs, and recall services. The ideal candidate is independent, customer-focused, and capable of delivering dealership-quality service in a mobile environment. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform mobile service and maintenance Perform routine automotive services including: Oil & filter changes Tire rotations and inspections Battery replacements Brake services Fluid and filter replacements Perform recalls, software updates, and diagnostic scans Use diagnostic tools and Ford systems to identify and resolve issues Maintain a clean, organized mobile service vehicle and workspace Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations Document services performed and complete repair orders accurately Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required (dealership preferred) Ford certification or ASE certifications preferred (not required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs and work in varying conditions Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($23-$28/hr) Health, dental, and vision insurance Union Shop Paid time off & holidays Company-provided service vehicle & tools Ongoing training and certification opportunities Career advancement within the dealership Why Join Us? Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
