Full Job Description Position:

Rochester, NY Shift:
Hours:
1:30p - 10:30p; holidays, weekends, on call, call back as needed
Certification Required:
Only AHA BLS Experience Required:

Anesthesia Tech Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up anesthesia machines, carts, equipment, and supplies before surgical procedures. Perform daily anesthesia machine checks, including oxygen supply, breathing systems, vaporizers, ventilators, and safety alarms. Assist anesthesiologists and CRNAs with preparation and maintenance of anesthesia equipment during procedures. Prepare and organize airway equipment , including laryngoscopes, endotracheal tubes, oral/nasal airways, and difficult-airway supplies. Assist with setup for arterial lines, central lines, IVs, and other invasive monitoring equipment as directed. Ensure adequate availability and proper functioning of suction, oxygen, and emergency airway equipment. Prepare anesthesia supplies for general, regional, and other surgical procedures.

$29.00 - $30.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
