Ford Automotive Technician $25-$40 Per Hour Flat Rate | Full-Time | High-Volume Ford Dealership We are looking for an experienced Ford Automotive Technician to join our high-volume service department. This is a great opportunity for a motivated technician who wants steady work, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to continue learning and advancing their career. Our shop stays busy, and we have an experienced, knowledgeable team that is willing to help technicians develop their skills and grow within the dealership. Compensation $25-$40 per flat-rate hour , depending on experience and certifications High-volume, flat-rate shop Consistent repair-order flow Strong opportunity to flag hours and maximize earnings Pay based on experience, skill level, and Ford certifications What We're Looking For Previous Ford technician experience strongly preferred Automotive repair and diagnostic experience Ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic work efficiently Ford certifications are a major plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced shop Valid driver's license Willingness to continue learning and improving Why Join Our Team?
