Duties Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely Conduct wheel alignments and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs and service recommendations Support the service team by assisting with additional repair or diagnostic tasks as needed Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred, especially in fast-service environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, tire service, and alignment techniques Proven ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic understanding of automotive service standards and maintenance procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership or service technician experience is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise while delivering exceptional service.
