Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive service team as an Automotive Technician A,B, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles, including both gasoline and diesel engines, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills to ensure optimal vehicle performance. You will be instrumental in delivering top-tier automotive service, from routine oil changes to complex powertrain repairs, all while providing exceptional customer service. This paid position is perfect for motivated technicians eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to quality and safety. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs including shocks & struts. Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including transmissions, powertrains, brakes, and air brake systems for various vehicle types. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, auto body components, and auto estimating tasks when necessary. Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure proper repair procedures are adhered to for GM vehicles and other makes. Maintain detailed records of all services performed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols. Qualifications The Knowledge to be able to tear down a vehicle, write a supplement, and put the vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Experience working with schematics, automotive suspension systems, and auto body repair techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other Body repair tools. Valid certifications in automotive repair or relevant technical training ; ASE certification is a plus. Join us to be part of a team that values your skills and dedication!
