Automotive Recall Technician

Position Overview We are currently seeking 5 Temporary Automotive Recall Technicians to assist with a major supplier recall project. This is a short-term assignment expected to begin on May 26, 2026, and run for approximately up to 3 weeks. Candidates should have basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude, with experience handling battery cables and basic hand tools. Responsibilities Re-install automotive battery cables as part of a recall repair process Remove and replace bolts, brackets, and related components Crimp and remove battery cable connections safely and correctly Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines Use basic hand and mechanical tools effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet project timelines Qualifications Basic automotive or mechanical experience required Knowledge of battery cable installation/removal preferred Experience with crimping tools and cable connections preferred Ability to remove/install bolts and perform light mechanical work Strong attention to detail and safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality required Preferred Experience Automotive assembly, repair, or maintenance background Manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Pay:

$20 - $22/hr (7days per diem)
