Conduct routine maintenance and repair Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components, ensuring all jobs are fixed right the first time. Assist in vehicle assembly, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring all repairs meet safety standards. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair status clearly to team members and customers Support heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large or heavy vehicle parts or equipment Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician background with automotive repair expertise Strong mechanical knowledge of all automotive systems. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and troubleshooting procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other mechanical instruments Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and ensure customer satisfaction Valid mechanic experience with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail to identify issues quickly and accurately Rugged Upfitters non negotiables: Professional tools and pride in your work Team-first mindset Valid driver's license ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Someone who wants to grow, and be apart of a team driven towards success!
