Full-Time Join the Sarchione Ford of Alliance Team! Sarchione Ford of Alliance is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on technician findings Prepare estimates and explain pricing clearly and confidently Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records and follow dealership and manufacturer procedures Promote additional services and maintenance when appropriate
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Ford experience preferred but not required) CDK experience preferred Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Work at Sarchione Ford of Alliance?
