Experienced Automotive Technician Sarchione Ford - Alliance, OH Sarchione Ford of Alliance is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are a family-owned dealership known for quality work, strong customer relationships, and a professional shop environment. Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles and other makes as needed Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical, and suspension systems Complete transmission repair and service work (preferred experience) Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Ford certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain) Transmission repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team ASE certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Steady workload in a busy, well-equipped service department Modern tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology Ongoing training and certification opportunities Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term career growth with Sarchione Automotive Group Location Alliance, Ohio If you're an experienced technician looking to work for a respected Ford dealership with strong leadership and growth potential, we'd like to hear from you.
