+ Monthly Bonuses Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding our Service Team and need to hire a Service Advisor to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair. Our Service Advisors work Monday through Friday with weekends off, giving you a schedule that is hard to find in the automotive industry. You'll work with an established service department, experienced technicians, and a fully stocked parts department while helping customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with automotive knowledge and customer-facing experience who have the ability to learn the role. Experience in automotive service, parts, repair, sales, RV, powersports, or marine dealerships can translate well.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns Write repair orders and document customer requests Explain recommended maintenance and repairs Provide clear estimates and answer customer questions Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Review completed work with customers before vehicle delivery Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department Help keep repair orders moving efficiently Provide a professional, straightforward service experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed! Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting is a plus General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred Good customer service and communication skills Works well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
