Evan's Auto Care is a Family owned business that has been serving the Cincinnati area for 60 years and we are passionate for automotive technology and are dedicated to excellent customer service. Our team works tirelessly to ensure every customer's needs are met with expertise and care. Our shop's culture is built around teamwork, respect, and a shared love for vehicles and their owners. We value each team member's contribution and foster an environment where continuous learning and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs. Provide accurate information regarding services. Document customer concerns and relay them effectively to the service technicians. Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them clearly to customers. Become familiar with inventory and being able to source required parts. Manage the service writing process, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately. Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status and ensure timely completion of services. Process payments and handle customer inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Proficiency in service writing and auto service management practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively transmit information between customers and technicians. Ability to align customer expectations with available services in a clear manner. Experience in tire service, brake repair, suspension work, or related fields is highly desirable. A background in independent repair shop operations is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
