Responsibilities Greeting customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service requests Explain repair estimates and service options clearly, ensuring customers understand their vehicle's needs Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and schedule services efficiently Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake repairs, and transmission services to enhance customer satisfaction and shop productivity only if needed. Prepare detailed auto estimates using automotive diagnostics knowledge and auto estimating tools Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely Maintain detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for seamless workflow management Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures Experience working with service technicians on vehicle repairs including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, suspension work, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, alignment, auto body repair, and auto estimating Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Familiarity with automotive sales processes and automobile sales experience is a plus Cash handling experience combined with mechanical knowledge enhances your effectiveness in this role Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive expertise makes a real difference!
