As a GM Certified Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operation diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with precision and pride: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles to manufacturer standards Utilize the latest tools, technology, and service information to deliver accurate and efficient results Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure seamless service for internal and external customers Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail Stay up to date on GM certifications, training, and evolving technologies Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionINDSJBR ASE
Certification preferred 3+ years of Service Technician experience required A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a dynamic environment Ability to collaborate effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid driver's licenseBenefits
