Automotive Technician - Carlie's Auto & Tire Job Overview Carlie's Auto & Tire is looking for a reliable, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. We're a locally owned shop that values honesty, quality work, and long‑term growth. In this role, you'll handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles while providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues Perform routine maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, tires, alignments, and suspension work Use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures accurately Communicate clearly with the team about needed repairs and timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Document all work performed according to shop standards Skills & Qualifications Experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (any level is considered) Strong mechanical knowledge and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license ASE certifications are a plus but not required Benefits 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment Opportunity for paid training and advanced automotive classes after 1 year Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, family‑oriented work environment Steady hours and consistent workload About Us Carlie's Auto & Tire is committed to helping our technicians grow.
