The Building and Vehicle Maintenance Technician will purchase or obtain quotes for all necessary materials to complete job assignments. Rebuild or replace plumbing fixtures. Replace ballast, receptacles, switches, emergency lighting, and exit lights. Monitor boiler pressure and temperature. Complete required fire safety walk-thrus and document accordingly. Attend updated training as required.
