You must bring:
Valid Driver's License and auto insurance. 1-3 years of experience in automotive or equipment maintenance. Working knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Proficiency with automotive and maintenance tools, including power tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records using computer applications including Google Suite and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure. A team-first attitude—ego doesn't build great things; people do.Even better if you have:
Ability to perform basic welding, fabrication, and minor repairs. Basic wiring skills. Experience working in a fleet or equipment maintenance environment supporting field operations.
