Our technicians are the backbone of our service department, delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics using advanced scan tools, manufacturer resources, and diagnostic equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and repair engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems. Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, alignments, and multi-point inspections. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electronics, computer systems, and driver-assistance technologies. Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Honda and dealership standards. Maintain detailed and accurate repair orders documenting diagnostics, findings, and repairs performed. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Stay current on evolving automotive technologies through manufacturer and dealership training programs. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Service Technician, or Line Technician. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability concerns. Ability to operate diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively. ASE Certifications are preferred. Honda experience or Honda certifications are highly valued but not required. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
