Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Entry-Level Lube Technician and kick-start your career in vehicle maintenance and repair! This energetic role offers hands-on experience in providing essential services to keep vehicles running smoothly. No prior experience is necessary — we're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a valued team member, you will develop your mechanical skills while supporting our service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and filter replacements Complete automotive repairs as needed, including brake inspections and fluid flushes Utilize power tools and equipment to efficiently complete tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Sales-oriented mindset to promote additional services or products Experience Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair and maintenance Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive diagnostics preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced technicians Prior experience as a mechanic or in automotive service is advantageous but not required Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug, MVR) Questions..?
