Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces. Utilize various cleaning products and equipment to achieve high standards of cleanliness. Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality control. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including minor repairs or maintenance related to vehicle appearance. Drive vehicles as necessary for detailing services or customer delivery. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with buffing, cleaning, janitorial tasks, or custodial work is a plus. Familiarity with window tinting techniques is an advantage but not required. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
