Duties mechanics to deliver exceptional automotive repairs and services. Oversee all aspects of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, alignments. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Drive customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on vehicle issues, upselling additional services like auto body repair or air brake systems when appropriate. Handle auto estimating and service writing to accurately assess repairs and communicate effectively with customers. Monitor inventory levels Promote a sales- vehicle sales while maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications strong background in auto service. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, suspension systems, tire services, engines, shocks & struts, alignment, air brake systems. Hands-on mechanic experience combined with excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in auto estimating software and service writing processes. Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity. communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members alike.
