Job Description
Job Summary Associated Graphics is the nation's premier Vehicle / Retail Graphics Company and we are looking for the right person to join our dynamic team! This is a full time position as a Scheduling Coordinator. You will be responsible for the managing the scheduling process for vehicle and retail graphic installations across the country. Enjoy a supportive team environment, with challenging and exciting projects. This is an entry level position with room for growth within a growing company. Responsibilities and Duties Call and email customers and our network of installers to schedule the installation of vehicle/retail graphics within a given time frame Pre-qualify new installers to make sure the capabilities match or exceed each job Negotiate terms with vendors to remain within project budgets Plan and organize projects as well as meet scheduled deadlines Establish working relationship with extensive list of vendors Qualifications and Skills Organizational and self-managing skills Excellent customer service / telephone skills Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise with proactive decision making abilities High standards for quality control Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-starting, innovative, positive and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
