Automotive Advisor - Second Shift We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Automotive Advisor to join our dynamic team on the second shift. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport Listen to customer concerns Provide clear explanations of repair and maintenance options Prepare and review repair estimates with customers Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery Maintain detailed and accurate service records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and service procedures Join our team and enjoy a collaborative work environment that values growth, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Advisor or Service Writer Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Flexibility to work the second shift hours of 2 PM to 9 PM, including Saturdays Valid driver's license and clean driving record
